PRESENTACIÓN
El 5th International Congress: Social Sciences, Humanities and Knowledge (ICON-social·huma 2026) [5º Congreso Internacional: Ciencias Sociales, Humanidades y Conocimiento] nace como ágora en la que reflexionar, analizar, exponer, debatir y compartir temas de interés sobre las Ciencias Sociales en general, especialmente la Educación, y las Humanidades vinculadas a cualquiera de las ramas del conocimiento.
El lema de esta nueva edición es: «Ciencias sociales y humanidades para un desarrollo sostenible»
La abreviatura ICON corresponde, en inglés, a International y CONgress; también su traducción al español, a lo que sumamos CONocimiento. A ello se añade social y huma para las Ciencias Sociales y las Humanidades respectivamente.
En consonancia a este Congreso se celebra el International Congress: Education & Knowledge (https://icon.kiobus.org/edu).
Se trata de Congresos paralelos, uno referido a Educación y otro referido a las Ciencias Sociales y Humanidades en conjunto. En ambos, desde la investigación, tanto empírica como teórica, se pretende contribuir a la construcción del conocimiento entre los/las participantes provenientes de los respectivos países.
En definitiva, en ICON se pretende realizar una aportación al conocimiento colectivo de nuestra sociedad.

ICON-social·huma está dirigido a investigadores y profesionales vinculados al ámbito académico, tanto docentes como estudiantes de grado y posgrado, doctorandos, gestores, etc. Igualmente, se dirige al público en general interesado en el tema.
Durante el congreso, tanto de forma virtual como presencial, se presentará un programa científico completo estructurado en Conferencias plenarias, Simposios, Comunicaciones, pósteres, paneles, etc.

The 5th International Congress: Social Sciences, Humanities and Knowledge (ICON-social·huma 2026) is created as a forum for reflection, analysis, presentation, debate and sharing of topics of interest in the social sciences, especially education, and the humanities linked to any branch of knowledge.
The slogan for this new edition is: «Social sciences and humanities for sustainable development»
The abbreviation ICON correspond to International and CONgress, as well as its translation into Spanish, to which we add CONocimiento and social·huma for Social Sciences and Humanities.
In same line, The International Congress: Education and Knowledge (https://icon.kiobus.org/edu/).
These are parallel congresses, one on Education and the other on Social Sciences & Humanities. In both, empirical and theoretical research will contribute to knowledge construction among participants from the respective countries.
In short, ICON aims to make a contribution to the collective knowledge of our society.

ICON-social·huma is aimed at researchers and professionals; both teachers and undergraduate and postgraduate students, managers, etc. It is also aimed at the general public interested in the subject.

El 5th International Congress: Social Sciences, Humanities and Knowledge (ICON-social·huma 2026) naix com a àgora en la qual reflexionar, analitzar, exposar, debatre i compartir temes d’interés sobre l’Educació vinculada a qualsevol de les branques del coneixement.
L’abreviatura ICON correspon, en anglés, a International i CONgress; també la seua traducció a l’espanyol, al que sumem Coneixement. A això s’afig social· huma de Ciències Socials i Humanitats.
D’acord a aquest Congrés se celebra el International Congress: Education and Knowledge (https://icon.kiobus.org/edu/).
Es tracta de Congressos paral·lels, un referit a Educació i un altre referit a Ciències Socvials i Humanitats. En tots dos, des de la investigació, tant empírica com teòrica, es pretén contribuir a la construcció del coneixement entre els/les participants provinents dels respectius països.
En definitiva, en ICON es pretén realitzar una aportació al coneixement col·lectiu de la nostra societat.
ICON-social·huma està dirigit a investigadors i professionals vinculats a l’àmbit acadèmic; tant docents com estudiants de grau i postgrau, gestors, etc. Igualment, es dirigeix al públic en general interessat en el tema.
